The cottage has 3 bedrooms, two doubles with king size beds one of which is a 4-poster and a bedroom with bunk beds. 

There is a large bathroom with bath and shower over. It has a lounge with TV/DVD/Video recorder and a double leather sofa bed, so will sleep 8 people. 

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer and a separate dining room with a farmhouse table and chairs seating 10 people. Outside there is a patio with a hot tub seating 8, garden seating and B-B-Q area.
