The Raddle Inn is an 18th century public house nestled in a bank that overlooks Croxden Abbey and the surrounding countryside. There are no busy roads, so you are free to soak in the atmosphere and forget all about the noise and activity of everyday life for as long as you choose.
The Peak District is only a very short drive away. So, you can enjoy a full day of walking and enjoying the scenery, and then follow that up with a cosy night in one of our log cabins complete with their very own hot tubs. What better way to warm up chilly hands and feet and set yourself up for a pleasant drive home?
Events
We can cater for a whole range of events that bring either small or large groups together, whether it be a special birthday or even a music festival or fete.
The conservatory provides the ideal environment for most small-to-medium sized events. If you need a larger event, there is plenty of outdoor space to accommodate marquee hire.

Dining service
Our restaurant consists of two main rooms: the conservatory, which seats 42, and the bar-restaurant, which seats 48.
The games room features a pool table, dart board, juke box, games machines and a 42” plasma television perfect for watching the football!
Functions can be held in the conservatory, including conferences, large meal bookings, birthday parties, engagements, anniversaries, christenings. A disco and mobile DJ are also available upon request!
